Pilates Initial Assessment

Your Pilates Initial Assessment is the first step to starting your Pilates journey. In this assessment we learn about you, your health and injury history, and most importantly your goals! We will complete a thorough movement assessment, which allows us to pin point your individual needs, discuss these with you and begin to teach you how you can improve on these utilising Pilates principles and exercises. We will also introduce you to the studio and the equipment we use in classes so that you feel familiar when you attend your first class.

In some cases, if you have an acute injury or specific needs, it may be recommended that you complete some 1:1 private tuition before starting in group classes.
